We have a 2 year old Vaillant gas boiler, but we couldn’t get hold of our usual engineer so we emailed Harveys to see if they could service the boiler. The response from their admin staff was very quick and we got an appointment in the same week, with a choice of service times. The engineer who came to service the boiler was Drew, and he was very polite and efficient, and gave us some excellent advice, and we will be using Harveys in future.
Harveys replaced my boiler nearly 10 years ago and they have carried out the annual boiler service ever since. They call in advance to let you know that they are on their way. Drew carried out the boiler service this year and he was polite and professional and also bled the radiators. I would highly recommend Tom and his team at Harveys.
One of the engineers came out to get me out of trouble with an oil boiler not firing up. He was very helpful and sorted the problem in no time! Would highly recommend.
